Health Card OHIP for Refugees

Our volunteers will accompany the refugees within the first week of arrival to the Service Ontario office to apply for a new Ontario Health card.

How to apply ?

Apply in person at a ServiceOntario Centre with a completed registration form and all necessary original documents. There is no 3 month waiting period for refugees. A temporary document will be provided for use until the Health Card is received by mail.
